A content management system is an online system that allows a non technical person to update content on their website. ClubBuzz have designed their content management system specifically for sports clubs. You will be given all the tools you need to manage the content on your site through an administration interface.
A domain name is the address that club members and visitors will use to view your club website, for example www.devizesnbc.com. All websites have a domain name.
No problem, we'll give you what is called a subdomain. You can pick any subdomain you want. For example if your club is called Devizes Netball Club you could chose a subdomain like devizesnbc.clubbuzz.co.uk.
You can keep this name if you prefer and point it to our servers. We'll give you clear advice and guidance on how to do this.
Your ClubBuzz subdomain is free with your subscription to ClubBuzz. This subdomain can also be used while setting up your website or until your currently registered domain is pointed to our servers.
That's what we're here for! You can just register with ClubBuzz. As soon as you sign up you'll have a brand new club website that is yours to update and maintain at your leisure.
That site can still exist. However it is recommended that you no longer use your old/current site and point the domain name to our servers so that all of your information can be found on the one website.
Filling in our sign up form takes about 30 seconds! As soon as that's done you will receive an email with your login details and you can get started on your shiny new website straight away! Of course you will still need to fill it with great content, but we make that really easy for you!
No you are not tied into a contract. Because of the time and effort you put in to setting up your website and communicating it's presence to your members we do recommend the website is set up for a minimum of one year and you can pay your annual subscription in advance. However we are more than happy for you to pay quarterly in advance if that suits your club better (please note all payments made in advance will be non-refundable).
