To be honest we grow our own, it insures we have a wealth of players of all abilities for many seasons. We are also lucky enough to now be a national league side so that does help with the attracting "better" players.

We targeted the local University - get involved with freshers week in particular to try and get the talent before they get snapped up by others.

We've attracted far more players since having our clubbuzz website - so we make sure that we put all the details that will attract good players on the very frontpage - promotions, better training facilities etc, so when they log on they can see it'll be a great club to join. We also make sure the website's really up to date because that gives a good impression of the club. But Iain's right, the best way is to grow your own, so focus on developing your junior club and finding ways to retain them as they get better.
