Question, how ofter are RSS feeds updated ? I want to use our Twitter account to update 'Related News' on our website but if the messages are only getting updated say houry then it doesn't really work as we use it for short sharp messages such as 'match off due to frozen pitch' which needs to get on to the site ASAP...well....5 - 10 mins anyway.

Phil would use the twitter widget for this, converting your twitter into a RSS feed is not really support any more by twitter as they have changed there security methods.
